Woodbine Carvers is built on a simple principle: the work you record belongs to you and stays with you. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you enter into the app — and the short version is that none of it ever leaves your device.

Information We Collect
Nothing. Woodbine Carvers has no accounts, sign-ups, or logins. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and we don't run analytics or usage tracking. Every project, dimension, wood species entry, technique note, lumber grade, defect log, tool record, and personal observation you create stays on your device and only your device.

How We Use Information
Because we never receive your information, there is nothing for us to read, analyze, profile, monetize, or sell. Every feature — project documentation, the species library, progress tracking, technique records, and achievement history — runs entirely on-device, without transmitting anything to us or anyone else.

Data Storage
All of your content is stored locally, using your device's own storage. There is no cloud backend, no remote database, and no synchronization to outside servers. Your woodworking records live in exactly one place: with you, on the device where you created them.

Third-Party Services
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, or data-sharing SDKs. We don't embed external services that observe what you do. Nothing about your activity is shared with outside parties, because nothing is transmitted in the first place.

Since your data never crosses a network or rests on our servers, the most common avenues for exposure simply don't exist. Your information is protected by your device's own safeguards — passcode, biometrics, and operating-system protections — keeping outside interference to a minimum.

Woodbine Carvers collects no personal information from anyone, and that includes children under the age of 13. With no accounts, no tracking, and no data leaving the device, the app is inherently aligned with the spirit of COPPA and safe for makers of every age.

Your Control
You hold complete control of your information at all times. You can edit or delete any entry from within the app, and uninstalling the app permanently erases all of its data from your device. Because we keep no backups and maintain no accounts, there is nothing on our side to export, recover, or delete.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect improvements to the app or to clarify our practices. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date shown above. Our core commitment — collecting nothing and keeping everything on your device — will not change.
